The following are guidelines that we have implemented to insure a safe environment and maintain an elevated experience:

  • We will be taking your temperature as you enter the salon for your appointment.

  • Hand washing is a MUST when you enter Salon Bella!

  • If you are not feeling well, are experiencing a cough, fever, etc., please do not come in. You will not be charged for your appointment.

  • Please print, read, and sign the release form and bring to your appointment. 

  • To allow for social distancing, we ask that clients do not bring unscheduled guests or children.

  • We need to maintain space between people within the salon.

  • A mask must be worn throughout the time spent in the salon. We recommend a mask that does not cross over the back of the head for better service.

  • When you arrive, give us a call to let us know you are here. We will direct you to enter when we are ready for you.

  • All services will be by appointment only. If you need an appointment, please call to book one. No "walk-ins" are allowed at this time.

  • We ask that you do not touch surfaces unless absolutely necessary.

  • There will be no magazines throughout the salon.

  • Disposable cups will be available for coffee and water only.

  • Product sales will be handled by your stylist. If you need something, don't worry, we will get it for you!

  • Leave unnecessary garments in your car (i.e., jackets, layers, etc.).

  • Robes will not be provided. Although we are going to be using capes, wear garments that you are not worried about getting color / hair on.

  • No touch check in and check out.

  • There will be a 48-hour cancellation policy at full price.

  • There will be a $3 sanitation fee added to every ticket.

  • Each station will be sanitized between client appointments.
