COVID-19 PROTOCOL
The following are guidelines that we have implemented to insure a safe environment and maintain an elevated experience:

We will be taking your temperature as you enter the salon for your appointment.

Hand washing is a MUST when you enter Salon Bella!

If you are not feeling well, are experiencing a cough, fever, etc., please do not come in. You will not be charged for your appointment.

Please print, read, and sign the release form and bring to your appointment.

To allow for social distancing, we ask that clients do not bring unscheduled guests or children.

We need to maintain space between people within the salon.

A mask must be worn throughout the time spent in the salon. We recommend a mask that does not cross over the back of the head for better service.

When you arrive, give us a call to let us know you are here. We will direct you to enter when we are ready for you.

All services will be by appointment only. If you need an appointment, please call to book one. No "walk-ins" are allowed at this time.

We ask that you do not touch surfaces unless absolutely necessary.

There will be no magazines throughout the salon.

Disposable cups will be available for coffee and water only.

Product sales will be handled by your stylist. If you need something, don't worry, we will get it for you!

Leave unnecessary garments in your car (i.e., jackets, layers, etc.).

Robes will not be provided. Although we are going to be using capes, wear garments that you are not worried about getting color / hair on.

No touch check in and check out.

There will be a 48-hour cancellation policy at full price.

There will be a $3 sanitation fee added to every ticket.

Each station will be sanitized between client appointments.
